XcelleNet, Inc., Georgia, USA.
The
task was to write a case study about why Hercules
decided on XcelleNet's systems solutions to manage
all mobile devices used by its over 1,000 employees
operating from locations spread across 9 European
countries.
What was needed? Personal briefing followed by
some phone calls to clarify details that emerged
during the writing process; company product descriptions.
The
result, completed in under
a week, is a case
study for use in customer information packages
and on the web.
Sales arguments and headings such as "information
on location", "all in one call"
or "hands on the future" have been used
since in other PR work.
